In roughly around 2005, I experienced a spontaneous light body activation. That pivotal moment in time sent me on a journey of soul searching and healing. I wasn’t prepared in any way, shape or form for this experience and in the initial stages of awakening it left me confused. My Kundalini energy was active and I was perceiving the unseen world around me without any prior knowledge of what I was experiencing. Since that time, I have come to many understandings about myself and the world we live in.

My need for healing and to return to balance led me to learn about the world of energy healing and metaphysics. Feeling a natural resonance with the crystal kingdom, I took classes on crystals as well as Reiki energy healing, yoga, sound healing, meditation, ayurveda, and astrology. In recent years, I have developed a special affinity for the medicine wheel as it has been a wonderful tool in my healing journey.

As a teacher by trade with 29 years experience teaching elementary school students, I now became the student. I opened to learning as much as I could about the world of energy and energy healing. I will always consider myself a student of life, and energy. I am also happy to share what I have learned with those on the journey of awakening who are in need of assistance. I am happy to facilitate, guide, and mentor others on the journey of self empowerment.
